Christmas Season Shipping:
As Canada Post deals with a far greater volume of orders than normal during the Holiday Season, we would ask customers to place their orders allowing for an extra day or two for delivery. Jet-Setter cannot guarantee that orders placed by our standard Expedited Shipping past December 12th will arrive by Friday the 23rd of December.
Customers can contact Jet-Setter to request Xpresspost™ or Priority™ Next A.M. shipping or just to request a quote. To arrive by Friday December 23rd we recommend that orders shipped Xpresspost™ be placed by noon on Tuesday, December 20th and Priority™ Next A.M. be placed by noon on Wednesday, December 21st.

Shipping policy:
All Jet-Setter orders are shipped from Montreal, Quebec so customers ordering within Canada will not encounter any cross-border duties upon receipt of their order.
Jet-Setter does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. Jet-Setter ships most orders within 2 business days of confirmation of order. Customers will be contacted in the case of delayed shipping of their order. Jet-Setter very often ships orders same-day if orders are placed before 1pm.
The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
Express or Next A.M. shipping is available on all orders (some exceptions apply) at the customer’s request. The customer will be charged only the difference between Standard shipping and the Express option.
Requests for express shipping can be made by telephone at 888-271-5058 or in the “Comments Box” when order is placed. Jet-Setter will then call the customer with a shipping cost estimate for customer approval.
