Magnetic Pocket Compass

Description:

Aside from hiking and trekking, I (Robert at Jet-Setter) actually kept this compass in my pocket in bigger cities including Ho Chi Minh, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Hanoi, Vientiane and Phnom Penh. That way I could explore in a direction, and if I got lost I would at least know what direction to head in to find something familiar. Some of those cities featured neighborhoods that would separate from the grid pattern and become more round making it harder to naturally maintain a sense of direction.
