Shipping policy:
The vast majority of Jet-Setter orders are shipped from Montreal, Quebec. Once your order transaction is complete, you will receive a tracking number in a confirmation e-mail so you can track your delivery time.
Jet-Setter does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. Jet-Setter ships most orders within 2 business days of confirmation of order. Customers will be contacted in the case of delayed shipping of their order. Jet-Setter very often ships orders same-day if orders are placed before 1 pm.
The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
Any item to the US weighing over 3.5kg will be charged $99 for shipment at checkout ($99/item over 3.5kg).
